RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
1.- RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be confirmed by request through our email tours@cuscoyah.com and contact will be established by email or telephone to coordinate details. When requesting confirmation of the services, you should consider the following information in your email:
- Passengers full name
- Passport number
- Nationality and language
- Age (also kids).
- Date of travel and return
- Passenger cell phone number for pick up
- Type of package requested
- Detail of the additional services required (not included in our program).
- Detail health restrictions or others special request.
2.- PAYMENTS:
After having confirmed the reservation with due anticipation, you must make the payment of 50% of the total amount of the service. The difference must be deposited before the arrival of the passengers. Once each deposit has been made, you must send the voucher by the way you prefer (mail, WhatsApp), or in case of wire transfer, the detail and operation number.
3.- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- CUSCOYA is responsible for complying with the entire itinerary detailed in the tourist package, including all the services detailed in it. It is not the responsibility of the company any interruptions in the normal development of the package due to overwhelmingforce reasons beyond our control such as climatic, political, social problems, etc.
- CUSCOYA is committed to providing quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- CUSCOYA, For justified reasons, reserves the right to modify the itinerary that it deems necessary, but always thinking about customer satisfaction.
- The client’s luggage, jewelry and personal items are the sole responsibility of the CLIENT.
4.- MODIFICATIONS:
Our company may modify the order of the excursions, whenever it is considered strictly necessary for the safety or better success of the service.
7.- CANCELLATIONS, PENALTIES, RETURNS:
- Cancellations of an already confirmed reservation must be made with due anticipation to avoid the payment of the NO SHOW, (100% of the service) in case of holidays and long weekends at least 15 days in advance.
- Cancellations (cancellation of the service) must be made by phone and confirmed by mail to: tours@cuscoyah.com between 30 days and 07 days before starting the service and the company will charge 20% of the pre payment paid, for management and administrative expenses.
- No type of reimbursement will be made to the CLIENT for services not used voluntarily, illness, accidents or other reasons, on the scheduled date and time, nor can it be used at another time..
- If the CLIENT voluntarily renounces the use of the contracted program, he will not have the right or any type of reimbursement.
- Cancellations made after 07 days of starting the program, the agency declares the CLIENT no show and will not be entitled to any type of refund.
- In case of postponements, the validity is 3 months from the date of the original reservation, under the same conditions and at the updated rate.
